Delivery Information

All delivery information applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. For orders with alternative delivery addresses, we will contact you via email with a separate quote for shipping costs.

Products are normally available from stock and are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If your order goes out-of-stock while we're processing it, we will contact you as soon as we receive the order with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel or change the order.

Standard delivery costs £4.95 per package for orders up to £100.00 in value. Above this value, delivery is free.

Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 3 working days from dispatch of your order by kads, but please allow up to 7 working days. Delivery is made via 2nd Class mail or independent carriers such as Parcel force. A signature may be required on delivery of the package.

Returns Information

If products are returned by purchaser unused to the address below in original packaging and condition within 30 days after delivery to purchaser, we will refund the purchase price [proof of purchase is required] provided we are notified by purchaser within 7 days of delivery to purchaser that the puchaser wishes to cancel the order.

Returns are sent at the risk/expense of sender.
